The impassioned and eloquent arguments of fairness and justice are eloquent in discussing the true meaning of the law. In order to fully implement the requirements of ruling the country according to law, and actively promote the process of trial centralism, on June 30, 2016, Hulunbeier City Procuratorate and Hulunbeier City Judicial Bureau jointly held the "First City Public Prosecutor and Lawyer Argument Competition". The competition aims to vigorously promote the spirit of the rule of law, popularize legal knowledge, and carry out popularization of law. The contest was judged by the jury of the NPC deputies, trial business experts, university law professors, and people's supervisors. The public prosecutor and the lawyer team each had 4 teams, and each team had 3 debaters to participate in the competition. After fierce competition, Li Dan, the lawyer of our Hailar branch, won the third place in this debate, and Lu Zhuo was awarded the title of “Excellent Player”.

We have always attached importance to the professionalism of lawyers, emphasizing "continuous progress and growth in learning", and paying close attention to the theoretical knowledge of law to the actual work. Mr. Yang Chunmei, the deputy dean of the Law School of Hulunbeier College in Inner Mongolia, is a member of the jury of the competition and is also an excellent part-time lawyer of our Hailar branch.
Since 2012, we have established an integrated model of “production, study and research”, emphasizing the comprehensive quality of lawyers, and closely linking the application of law with legal research. Now it has become an excellent professional comprehensive law firm.

The contest showed the professional style of our lawyers, and greatly promoted the business communication between the public prosecutor and the lawyer. It showed the professional quality and good appearance of the public prosecutors and lawyers in Hulunbeier, and also carried out a vivid life for the masses of the city. Image of legal knowledge publicity and education classes. Our institute will continue to advance and improve on the development model of “industry, research and research” integration.
