· Assist clients in solving various types of labor disputes, including but not limited to proxy clients participating in labor dispute mediation, arbitration and litigation
· Drafting or reviewing various labor management related agreements and documents such as labor contracts, training agreements, non-competition agreements and confidentiality agreements
· Draft or review collective contracts and participate in collective bargaining
· Draft or review employee manuals and company internal rules and regulations
· Provide training on special issues and hot issues in labor law
· Advice on issues such as labor protection, work injuries and occupational diseases
· Assistance with foreign workers' work visas and other employment procedures
· Advice on social insurance, commercial insurance and various welfare programs
· Design personnel involved in the process of mergers, acquisitions or liquidation, personnel placement or personnel transfer programs, participate in negotiations, and draft or review related project documents
· Assist companies in compliance investigations and advise on employees who have compliance issues
